Theme: “Let’s Apply Science to Rebuild the Nation”
- Age limit: Grades 06-12
- Duration: 05 minutes (Contestant will be disqualified if the time duration is less than 04 minutes or exceeds 06 minutes)
- Team: One or two students can present a song. Music is not mandatory. Only if required, music should be provided by 05 or less than 05 musical instruments. All musical instruments should be played by students. When several people involved, all health precautions stipulated by the government should be followed.
- Criteria for evaluation: Relevance to the theme, singing and creative performance.
- Deadline for Application: 30th September 2020
- All submissions should be certified as own creations of the student by a parent. (the certification of the Principal of the school and relevant class teacher should be submitted to the NSF upon request).
- The presentation of the songs should be done only by the students of the school. The winners of these competitions will be selected under best lyrics and best performance categories.
- The lyrics of the song and a recorded clip of the song performance with duly completed application should be sent on or before 30th September 2020 via WhatsApp on 0715507902 or email to lakshan@nsf.gov.lk. Please indicate “ISSSC 2020” in the subject area of the email or WhatsApp message.
- Creations received by the NSF will be evaluated by a special panel of judges and the decision of the panel of judges will be the final. No grievances or appeal will be entertained once the winners are announced.
- The winners will be felicitated at a special event organized by the NSF

- අයදුම්පත් සහ නිර්මාණ භාරගන්නා අවසන් දිනය:2020 සැප්තැම්බර් 30
- සංයුතිය:සිසුන් එක්කෙනෙක් හෝ දෙදෙනෙකුට ගීතයක් ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකිය. සංගීත සැපයීම අනිවාර්‍යය නොවේ. අවශ්‍යනම් පමණක් සංගීතය සැපයිය යුත්තේ උපරිම සංගීත භාණ්ඩ 05 කින් පමණි. පටිගත කරන ලද සංගීත පට භාවිතා කිරීමට අවසර දෙනු නොලැබේ. සංගීතය සැපයීම සිසුන් විසින් පමණක් කළ යුතුය. කිහිප දෙනෙකු සම්බන්ද වනවිට රජය විසින් ප්‍රකාශකර ඇති සෞඛ්‍ය නීති පිළිපැදීම සිදුකල යුතුය.
- ඇගයීම සඳහා නිර්ණායක:තේමාවට අදාළත්වය, ගායනය සහ නිර්මාණාත්මක ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම
- සිසුන්ට සහ ගුරුවරුන්ට ගීත ගායනා සඳහා පද රචනා ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකිය. ගීත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම කළ යුත්තේ එම පාසලේ සිසුන් විසින් පමණි. මෙම තරඟවල ජයග්‍රාහකයින් හොඳම පද රචනය හා හොඳම ගායනය යන කාණ්ඩ යටතේ තෝරා ගනු ලැබේ.
- සියලුම අයදුම්පත් දෙමව්පියන් විසින් ශිෂ්‍යයාගේම නිර්මාණයක් ලෙස සහතික කළ යුතුය. (පාසලේ විදුහල්පතිගේ සහ අදාළ පන්ති භාර ගුරුවරයාගේ සහතිකය අප විසින් දැනුම් දුන් විට ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය).
- නිසි පරිදි සම්පුර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පත් සමග ඔබගේ ගීතයේ පද රචනාව හා ගායනයේ පටිගත කරන ලද වීඩියෝවක්, 2020 සැප්තැම්බර් 30 දිනට හෝ ඊට පෙර, 0715507902 යන දුරකථන අංකයට WhatsApp කිරීම හෝ “lakshan@nsf.gov.lk” යන විද්‍යුත් තැපෑල වෙත එවිය යුතුය.”ISSSC 2020” ලෙස විද්‍යුත් තැපෑල් හෝ WhatsApp පණිවිඩයේ මාතෘකාව යටතේ සදහන් කළ යුතුය.
- අප වෙත ලැබෙන නිර්මාණ විශේෂ තේරීම් මඩුල්ලක් විසින් තෝරනු ලබන අතර විනිශ්චය මණ්ඩලයේ තීරණය අවසාන තීරණය වේ. ජයග්‍රාහකයින් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කිරීමෙන් පසුව, කිසිදු දුක්ගැනවිල්ලක් හෝ අභියාචනයක් සලක බලනු නොලැබේ.
- ජාතික විද්‍යා පදනම විසින් සංවිධානය කරනු ලබන උත්සවයක දී ජයග්‍රාහකයින්ට සහතික පත්‍ර හා තෑගි ප්‍රධානය සිදුකරනු ලැබේ.
